HIA’s National GreenSmart training and accreditation program is an industry driven initiative that aims to encourage a mainstream application of the benefits of environmentally responsible housing.

GreenSmart is the only program of its kind in Australia that provides an overarching response to the construction and promotion of environmentally responsible housing along with an educational campaign for builders, designers, manufacturers and consumers.
